Why does Tukios say my account past due?

We give a warning after 90 days of not receiving payment but do not block accounts. We do prevent video creations after 180 days or over $1000 of unpaid video creations.

When finalizing a video, you may get a message that looks like this:

Although this is just an example, we can help! You will get this message anytime your account has debt older than 180 days on it or amounts to $1,000 or more. The account will need to be paid off before completing your next video.

We give a warning after 90 days to contact us at the top of the finalize page.

You can also pay off the balance by going to Tukios.com and then clicking on "Menu" in the top left-hand corner and then clicking on "Billing." On this page, you can also add a credit card on file as well as see previous invoices. We have different billing options to meet your needs!

"We are not receiving invoices from Tukios."

If your account has accumulated a balance over time and you feel that you have not been receiving invoices from Tukios, the billing email we are sending the invoices to may need to be updated. This can be done clicking on "Menu" in the top left-hand corner and then clicking on "Settings." You can also contact billing or support to send any missed invoices.
