What options are there in paying my bill?

Your account can be set up for Monthly Billing, Pay-as-you-go, or Flat-rate.

We have three options for billing and payments based on what works best for you. 

Monthly Billing

With our monthly billing option, we send an invoice at the beginning of the month for all orders placed during the previous month. The invoice will display both orders placed by you as well as any retails orders made from the streaming videos. All retail orders produce positive credits towards your account or pay down your account balance. The invoice will display each order with the amount to pay or the amount that you have "in the black." You can pay this billing through the billing section on the site or by clicking the link in the email. 

Pay-Per-Use

The pay per use model charges your card on the spot each time you place an order. With this option, any retail orders that are placed through the website by end-users produce credits in your account. This statement means that the next time you place an order following a retail sale, whatever positive credits that you have in the account will be applied to your order. We still send a monthly invoice with all of the charges for the month prior. 

Flat-Rate

Flat-rate users get a bill every month for the same price regardless of how many videos you make in that timeframe. The bill comes as part of a monthly invoice to your location. We recommend getting in contact with your territory manager if you are interested in this option as they can create a fair and balanced cost for your location(s).

Billing is typically done by User and not by Organization. This means that if you have more than one account with Tukios, you may receive more than one invoice for your Funeral Home unless you are on a flat-rate. 

If you have an overdue account, you can pay it off over time. Accounts are temporarily suspended if the oldest, unpaid charge is over 180 days or if the outstanding amount is greater than $1,000.
