Within the Tukios Video program, you can customize almost everything. This includes your personal account settings. Remember to ALWAYS save your changes if you change something.
You can access account settings by pressing the three bars in the upper left corner, then pressing the "Settings" option.
Contact Page
This page allows you to edit the shipping and billing information for your location as well as the personal login info, change your email address, phone number, etc.
- At the bottom of the page, you can change the email notifications that you receive to suit what works best for your funeral home.
Logo
This page will let you view the logos that are associated with your account. You can also upload a new logo; instructions on how to do this can be found here.
This page also allows you to customize what goes onto the DVD label. The options are:
Logo - puts the Logo you've uploaded into our system onto the disc
Cover Photo - Places the Cover Photo on the disc in the place of the Logo
Nothing - Neither Logo nor Cover Photo will be placed on the disc
Pricing
This page allows you to adjust your retail pricing. The more you adjust your retail pricing up, the more money you will receive in credit through your billing when people purchase that specific item on your website.
- You also have the option to upload your tax exemption certificate from this page as well.
Password
This page will let you manage the password for your account. If you ever have difficulty accessing your account, please contact us so we can help you.
