      How does the Aftercare Card Program work?

      Enroll a family for $25 and sit back as we send cards and a survey to keep the family in contact with you.

      The Aftercare Card Program™ is $25 per enrollment. This covers an entire year's worth of aftercare products and services.

      After signing up for the program, it's easy as 1, 2, 3!

      Step 1

      A Sympathy Card is mailed 2 weeks after the services

      Step 2

      A Follow-up survey is mailed 6 weeks after the services.

       

      Step 3

      Three more "Remembering You" cards are sent during the first year
