The Cards and Surveys are editable. Just contact us to get those changes implemented.
The Cards and Surveys are editable whenever you would like. When our Account Managers get your account set up, they will ask for a logo and any signatures you might want on the cards. Our designers will make a digital mock-up of the cards and survey that you can see and edit. Once we have the finished product, we can begin sending out your Aftercare cards.
If you ever want to update your logo, swap out personnel, or change the wording on the survey or cards, contact our support staff, and we will help you submit those changes.
You can also ask us to make changes if a name was spelled incorrectly or the wrong dates were input.
