The most likely culprit of seeing only your older videos is that you are logged into the wrong account.
What has most likely happened in this situation is that you have been logged into the wrong account. Either someone has accessed our video creator through your website provider or a completely different account.
First, sign out of the account. Click the bars in the top left hand corner.
Scroll down the list until you see Sign Out. Click Sign Out.
This will take you to the Landing page or Main page. Click Log In and choose Video Log In.
Enter the correct email and password, then press Login.
Potentially the other problem you are experiencing is that you recently changed website providers or use us directly. In that case, we may need to link your accounts together.
