How do I adjust funeral home delivery charges on Condolences?
Florists have the option to adjust the delivery charge to the actual funeral home location, separate from other zip codes. Learn how to do so below!
- First login to condolences.com
- Then click "Settings" on the left side bar.
- From there, scroll down to where it says linked funeral homes & delivery charges.
- Make sure that the toggle next to the location is turned on, and from there you can adjust the charges for those specific locations individually.
- These charges will only show specific to that funeral home location, if you want to adjust delivery charges for a specific zip code, click here to learn how.
- Once you have made your changes, click submit.
