# Why is my DVD taking a long time to download?

## There are other ways to download the DVD and HD files if your main download is going slow.

If you're experiencing slow download speeds when trying to download your DVD file, you can use our "Alternate Download Links" that will send the files to you another way. 

#### Download DVD File

You can access these links beneath the "Extras" tab on the video details page. There are also options here for the HD files if the main Download HD file button is going slow.
