The production offices send out the card and surveys but will have your funeral home as the return address.
The Cards and Surveys sent from Aftercare.com offices in the US but are completely white-labeled. This includes the return address being from your funeral home. This goes for funeral homes outside of the US as well.
Once the family is enrolled, the cards can be sent out as early as same day if received before Noon EST. We are built into the USPS API to get us the exact date things need to ship from our facilities to land on the doorstep of the families you enroll. We also have rules built into the system to ensure we do not send an insensitive card to the family, such as putting a year between the date of death and their next birthday if they are within a month of each other.
