Each product is shipped differently and has different turnaround times.
When physical products are ordered from Tukios either by the funeral home or directly by a retail user, the shipping times are as follows:
- Standard DVD - Arrives 3-7 days from date of order - Shipped via USPS.
- Memory Drive - Arrives 5-7 days from date of order - Shipped via USPS.
- Bookshelf Box - Arrives 10-14 days from date of order - Shipped via UPS.
- Photo Book - Arrives 10-14 days from date of order - Shipped via UPS.
- Video Book - Arrives 5-7 days from date of order - Shipped via USPS.
International orders do take longer and are typically shipped via FedEx or UPS.
