# What's the turnaround time on products?

## Each product is shipped differently and has different turnaround times.

When physical products are ordered from Tukios either by the funeral home or directly by a retail user, the shipping times are as follows:

- **Standard DVD** - Arrives 3-7 days from date of order - Shipped via USPS.

- **Memory Drive** - Arrives 5-7 days from date of order - Shipped via USPS.

- **Bookshelf Box** - Arrives 10-14 days from date of order - Shipped via UPS.

- **Photo Book** - Arrives 10-14 days from date of order - Shipped via UPS.

- **Video Book** - Arrives 5-7 days from date of order - Shipped via USPS.

International orders do take longer and are typically shipped via FedEx or UPS.
