The Direct Delivery system allows you to play videos without the need for an internet connection or DVDs.
The Direct Delivery service aims to simplify the video playback at the visitation and the service. Burning DVDs can sometimes take more time that we don't have.

How to get started
- Purchase a Direct Delivery Device. You can also sometimes download the app on a smart TV. (Not available on Vizio)
- Install "Tukios Direct Delivery" App
- Stop Burning DVDs for the visitation
Tip: If you have a bad wifi connection causing slow downloads or if you'd like to hard-wire the device for an extra layer of security, we recommend this ethernet adapter.
