Can I have multiple shipping addresses?

Some funeral homes ship things to multiple addresses, due to having other locations or separate shipping spots. In Tukios, we have many ways in which to accomplish this task.

Option 1: Saving Multiple Addresses

On the finalize page, towards the bottom, is the shipping information. Below is a checkbox that says, "Remember new shipping address for future use."

Check that box to save new addresses! Then you can choose which address you want on future orders.  We recommend this option if you have a physical location and a PO Box or can manage the different shipping locales.

Option 2: Managing Multiple Organizations

The other option to having different shipping addresses is to have multiple organizations set up to your primary user.

On the Setup page, there is the section marked Branding. If you have more than one organization set up to your user, you will have a drop-down arrow to choose which location you would like to use. 

If you need to set up a secondary or additional organization to your account, please contact support or your account managers to help you get that set up. The billing is all done through the user, but you will have access to shipping information and even separate logos for each of your accounts. We recommend this option to users who have multiple locations and may want each location branded differently.
