Verify disc issue

  • The disc actually did burn the video onto it, however it is just pulling up that error message because the verification of it failed.

0xc0aa0301

A couple different things may fix this error.

  • Try a different disc, preferably in the middle of the stack
  • Shut down computer
  • Make sure disc drive is up to date
  • Uninstall disc drive
  • Try burning disc again

TUKIOS TOOLS

Tukios Tools Installer

Is a quick burning device that can be used for CHROME or FIREFOX.

  • Currently it works best on Firefox.
    • Tukios Tools is not compatible with MacOS.

Troubleshooting

If the extension is not working properly, here is a couple things you can try.

  • Remove the extension from their browser, and have them readd it.
  • You can also try sending the extension directly to them through WeTransfer.

If none of these options work, teach them how to burn a DVD the manual way.
