How to enable the Livestream Integration for services with OneRoom? 

In our commitment to helping you serve families regardless of distance, we are proud to announce four new livestreaming integrations. These updates allow funeral directors to sync service details directly with leading video providers, ensuring that "virtual attendees" receive the same seamless, dignified experience as those attending in person.

ONEROOM

  1. From your Tukios dashboard Click "Settings" 

  2. Under connectivity click "Integrations" 

  3. Scroll down and click the slider to enable the "Oneroom" Livestream integration. 

  4. After enabling the "Oneroom" Livestream integration, you can manage individual tokens per location. Simply disable the 'Use single API token for all primary locations' setting to get started. 

  5. A list of all locations will appear, allowing you to enter the unique API token for each one, Click save once tokens are added. 

  6. Create a new or edit and existing obituary. 

  7. Scroll down and click on a service with a livestream. 

  8. Select your integrated livestream provider—in this case, Oneroom. 

  9. To delete a livestream at any time, simply click the button below.
