  1. Navigate to your Dashboard 

  2. From there, click "Reports" 

  3. Click "Last 7 Days" 

  4. Click "All Time" 

  5. Search for the first name of the decedent   

  6. Click on the order you are looking for 

  7. Click "Tree Certificate". That will lead you to the tree certificate that you can download and print for the family.
