How do I navigate through the Heardstone Dashboard? 

  1. Welcome to your Heardstone Dashboard! You are ready to get started. 

  2. This field automatically displays your current organization name. 

  3. If you manage multiple organizations, tapping this button will return you to the organization selection screen. 

  4. Tap your profile icon to view account details or sign out of Heardstone. 

  5. Tap here to open a conversation and speak directly with the Heardstone AI Assistant. 

  6. This section displays all obituaries created using either the Heardstone app or the AI Autofill feature on the web dashboard. Tap on any obituary in the list to open it and view more options and settings. 

  7. This section displays all obituaries that have most of their information completed but have not yet been published. Tap on any obituary in the list to open it and view more options and settings. 

  8. This section displays all published obituaries. Tap on any entry in the list to view its current settings and management options. 

  9. Tap here to search across all of your AI Drafts, standard Drafts, and Published Obituaries. 

  10. Tap here to select and view your different funeral home locations. 

  11. Tap here to start creating a new obituary.
