When finializing a video, you may get a message that looks like this:

Hopefully you are not 1350 days behind, regardless, we can help. Give us a call! You will get this message anytime your account has debt older than 90 days on it or amounts to $1,000 or more. The account will need to be paid off before completing your next video.

You can also pay off the balance by going to Tukios.com and then clicking on "Menu" in the top left-hand corner and then clicking on "Billing." On this page you can also add a credit card on file as well as see previous invoices. We have different billing options to meet your needs!

"We are not recieving invoices from Tukios"

If your account has accumulated a balance overtime and you feel that you have not been recieving invoices from Tukios, the billing email we are sending the invoices to may need to be updated. This can be done clicking on "Menu" in the top left-hand corner and then clicking on "Settings."
